On the selling side, Chase was helpful from the start, the listing and photos were great, and Neil and the feedback team were kind and communicative throughout. We had consistent showings through the whole process and when offers came, Chase gave honest feedback and helped navigate everything. On the buying side, Jelena was patient and kind. We saw a lot of homes, often toting along our two small children, and she never lost patience.
