Richard was the perfect real estate agent for my family. He was EXTREMELY responsive; he picked up calls 95% of the time and if we left a message the calls were returned within minutes. He was so accommodating, flexible and patient; we were looking for a very specific home and Richard proactively sent us listings for anything that fit the bill including homes that hadn’t quite come to market yet. He never grew frustrated with us or pressured us into “just choosing” a home which was critical for my husband and I who were not entirely on the same page. When we did find our gem, Richard did a great job of working with the selling realtor to understand what could potentially get the deal done and now every single family member is absolutely IN LOVE with our new home. We so appreciate Richard’s positive, accommodating and encouraging demeanor while working with us, he clearly had our family’s best interest at heart throughout the entire process.
