Vickie was outstanding. She understood our needs and was very invested in finding our perfect home. While we look at the living area, she checked out the details - electric, roof, etc. We saw many, many houses, and she developed a feeling of exactly what we wanted and needed.

Jeremy listed my house and received three (3) contracts before the house was viewed. I accepted one of the contracts and everything was flowing smoothly until I experience some setbacks from the tenants. Jeremy skillfully got buyer to cancel the contract and placed the listing on hold. After nearly nine (9) months Jeremy put the house back on the market received multiple offers and the house was sold within 2 months of relisting.
