Working with Lavanya was the best decision I could have made.

Lavanya is the perfect realtor because she also doubles as an appraiser which enables her to accurately determine a properties true value, not just a range of what it might be. I listed my house for sale in March of 2025, during a buyers market that was saturated with inventory 90 days+ old, knowing that house needed a new roof. After only two weeks I was under contract at market value and closed 4 weeks later. Her and her team (Eneida) were in constant communication with me about where we were in the process and what I could expect in the following week. All the paperwork was done via electronically and was very simple. I will definitely be using Lavanya and Eneida again in the future for anything related to real estate. Thanks again!!

Derek is an amazing Realtor.

Derek started working with me months before I could actually purchase my home in Pompano Beach, FL. He was very patient with me and finally got to meet him face to face .. He didn't disappoint me. Came to FL in January by the end of March I became a homeowner. Derek was prompt on everything.. even through my lack of knowledge on buying a home he was always patient and helpful to calm me down when anxiety hit. The patience of a Saint!!!😁 Would I use him again???? Yes!!!
