This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

I have used Andy for 5 sales in Fort Lauderdale. The property that just closed was a difficult case put on the market just as rates started rise and with a difficult tenant in place making showings difficult. Andy refused to let me be concerned and also prevented me from undervaluing the property for a quick sale.
