It has been quite a few years since we bought or sold a home, so we forgot about all of the challenges that can ambush you, especially these days, when it comes to selling a home. Without Royland and his team, we would not have survived the ordeal in one piece, that's for sure. He was an exceptional negotiator for us and was familiar with all of the curveballs that the city, title companies, buyers, inspectors, etc. could suddenly throw at us. It was the act of continually prepping us for potential issues and possible contingencies that calms the nerves and establishes trust along the way; and trust is the most important factor for us when buying or selling a home. We certainly had some challenges with our sale, but Royland was the steady hand throughout. Thank you again, Royland, and many thanks to everyone on your team as well.

Vylla was a great company to deal with especially my agent Antonette. She was well versed in the areas and the type of homes for sale. Whatever the questions we had; no matter the time of day she would always respond promptly. She is a good listener and understood our needs. Antonette gave great tips on preparing our home for showing. I would not hesitate to recommend Antonette for your real estate needs, she will take care of you.
