I first met Caroline in February of 2018, when she was hosting an Open House on Grinnell Street in Key West. I was taking a walk and got caught in a rain storm and sought shelter in the Open House. I found a house that I liked and returned to Key West to see the house. Caroline arranged for an inspection of the house by a professional and after reading the inspector’s report, I decided not to buy that house. I appreciated her efforts which I believe saved me from myself. She kept looking and we found my dream home which I purchased in July 2018.
