I have worked with Brad for over 20 years. He helped find my parents house, sold their house, found my house, sold my house and then helped me get a new one! He is extremely knowledgeable, smart, honest, and is always on your side. He never fails to be there if you have any questions or concerns and gets things done fast. If you are looking to buy or sell, look no further, he's your guy.

We had attempted to purchase a property in South Florida for over 2 years. I am very grateful that I met Yasmeen as she truly is the best realtor. Indeed she is very understanding, considerate and passionate when it comes to her clients best interest. She is the most professional realtor as in every situation when there is hard time with sellers, she always stayed calm and guided us to the best option with her professionalism. I always felt like she was approachable. I feel bad I contacted her late evening and on the weekend, but I always was able to communicate with her. She minimized unpleasant conversation that I had to have even with lender. Over several months, she had been an encouraging realtor as there were times I wanted to give up on finding a house in a competitive market. I could guarantee that she always puts her client's happiness and satisfaction as her priority. The most frequent question she asked me was "are you happy?" After purchasing a property in September 2022, the answer is yes. How can you not be happy when there is a person wishing your happiness sincerely at all time? Even after the closing, she often contacts me to ensure that the house is okay and my happiness. Just by thinking of her, my heart is warmed. I can never thank her enough for her time and efforts she spent for us. She certainly is the BEST REALTOR in the WORLD.

Hi, Just wanted to shared my experience with working with Mildred Kelly. I have sold several properties and worked with different realtors but working with Mildred was very different, why? because not only is she so professional but she is such a nice lady, she went "way out of her way" and beyond what a realtor will do for their clients. Mildred will look out for your interest with HONESTY and always giving you her best PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. My property sold with in a few weeks and at the price that Mildred and I had agreed on. So if your selling the best way to go is with MILDRED, you will he HAPPY you did. Thank you Mildred, .
