I worked with Chase and the Tricoli team to sell a probate house in Hollywood and had a pleasant experience overall. I appreciate Chase always following up and easing frustrations I had that arose during the process. Chase is very accommodating and professional. Virgil and the rest of the team also work efficiently and constantly reached out to provide feedback and check if I had any questions or concerns. I appreciate that despite the house being a probate home needing work, Chase always tried to get the best value and did not discourage me or set the price point lower than what I proffered. I appreciate the honestly and transparency provided by the team. The showing app was also super helpful and kept me super informed about showings! This team really did a great job showing my property.

The team was very reasonable and always available.

As a first-time homebuyer, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team to represent and guide me through such a life-changing investment. I found Jeff and his team through Google reviews, and after working with them, it’s easy to see why they’re so highly praised. The introduction process was quick and seamless—after expressing interest in meeting with a representative, I received a call within minutes to discuss my needs and interests. That’s when we were introduced to Jelena Roeck, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. From the very beginning, Jelena was incredibly patient, helpful, and supportive as we navigated the unfamiliar terms and concepts of the home-buying process. She genuinely puts herself in her clients’ shoes and always fights for their best interests. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she’s also highly resourceful when it comes to overcoming any challenges that arise along the way. The entire team behind her was just as supportive, promptly providing everything we needed and effectively communicating with the lender, HOA, and Title company to keep things moving. This was especially crucial when an unexpected issue arose between my lender and the Title company just days before closing, with no option to extend. I was extremely anxious, but Jelena guided me every step of the way, helping resolve the issue so we could close on time. We toured many homes, and Jelena consistently offered honest advice tailored to our budget and preferences. We ultimately found the perfect home in the Pembroke Pines area, and once again, Jelena went above and beyond—especially when it came to negotiating on our behalf. Thanks to Jelena and her incredible team, we were able to find our dream home within our means.
