She explained why I was filling out what I was filling out, what certain fees were for, why certain steps of the process were important, etc. On top of that she gave me good advice when I asked, and this lead to negotiating a price that gave me a very attractive cost for the value of my condo. She also worked with my budget and found me great options to choose from based on what I want. I highly recommend Shoshana. She was patient with me, kind, and was very knowledgeable of the entire process.
