When I first came to them, I started with little hope or faith that I would have any luck becoming a homeowner due to how hectic the market was for first time home buyers, and because of the bad luck I had with other realty/broker companies. Sandra and Hudson were able to help my dreams come true by helping me become the proud owner of my dream home. They worked with and for me on the clock, off the clock and after business hours. Shoshana was excellent as my realtor. She helped me navigate the process of buying my first condo, and I had a lot of questions about the entire process. She explained why I was filling out what I was filling out, what certain fees were for, why certain steps of the process were important, etc. On top of that she gave me good advice when I asked, and this lead to negotiating a price that gave me a very attractive cost for the value of my condo.
