First "by owner" - I had a buyer that took 4 months of time and backed out at the last minute. Then I had a realtor that did not give me direction or advise me properly - another 4 months wasted, with ZERO offers. When I met with Elizabeth, on day 1 I knew things would go well. She gave me the direction I needed - the changes, improvements, staging ... all the steps I had not taken she made crystal clear. As well as the things not to do. This was what I needed. Then she explained to me what the market price was for my property - I had previously listed it at the wrong price. I trusted her and followed her advice. In ONE WEEK we had an offer. I could not believe it. The communication is amazing with Elizabeth. Regular updates. Late after hours calls if things popped up (they always do) - she's so profoundly dedicated to the client, it's difficult to overstate it. She recommended the best attorney I've had the pleasure to work with - like Elizabeth, he also was a rockstar. Elizabeth is one of a kind - knowledgeable, dedicated, effective, friendly. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Elena is not youu typical realtor. I started my journey with her since 2020. She helped me find a company that fixed my credit and guided me thru ever single step until I was ready to buy. Elena is there for you to get you the house you want and works hard for it. Extremely organized and her negotiation and responsiveness skill are outstanding. When it comes down to closing she knows and makes sure that everything is align to have a smooth closing. I would give her more stars if I could, I finally bought my place yesterday and I could of not done it without her. She’s there for you as a buyer and a friend and makes sure no one takes advantage of you.
