We are a couple in our 60’s and 70’s. The winters in both places we were living became intolerable! Between Denver, London and Indiana we were done with snow and grey skies. We ventured to this area and were introduced to Niel Allen, who provided the most top notch service and communication. It took well over a year of hunting around the St Pete area until we found an absolute gem of a house. It will be our main residence and we had a lot of specifics/wishes for our dream home. Marilin was always there to mediate between us — during the initial (and second) viewing, the inspection, the follow-up repairs, and the virtual signing of the closing documents.
