We at times let the stress of house hunting and relocating get the best of us, but Marilin was so understanding and empathetic throughout the whole process. She answered all of our questions, took all of our calls, and responded to all of our text messages in a friendly and professional manner. We knew we were not her only clients, but she never missed a beat with us. We bought a for sale by owner house, so we dealt directly with the homeowners. Marilin was always there to mediate between us — during the initial (and second) viewing, the inspection, the follow-up repairs, and the virtual signing of the closing documents. I don’t know that any other agent would do that! Marilin, you are amazing! Thank you for representing us so well and for facilitating our transition to Orlando.

We were new to the area and Kathy made us feel welcome, suggesting a few places to try. Since we were a couple hours away she assisted with the home inspection. She was very responsive to all our questions and kept us informed. We would definitely recommend Kathy.
