The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the process.I really appreciate Melkys and Wilder for going above and beyond and made the process less stressful.

He did a great job and he delivers. Kept us up to date and was very responsive, always available when called and texted. Man of his word, and always for the homeowners! Ernesto listens to the homeowners wishes, and holds both lender and title company responsible when need be.
