I highly recommend Alex Fundora as an agent. He is very knowledgeable of market trends and conditions, always prompt to respond to emails, text messages or phone calls. I got the opportunity of working and getting to know Alex thru a listing that I had in South West Kendall and even though I didn't get to close the deal with him due to a financial impediment of his clients he worked very hard to get the house for his clients. He gives personal attention to every detail of the negotiation and has the right mind set to work together with other colleagues.

We were moving from out of state, & LaTonyia made the experience of buying a home as seamless as possible!! She was so patient & extremely knowledgeable. We were super indecisive & a bit (a lot) picky, but LaTonyia didn’t get annoyed or frustrated with us. She stayed as sweet as she was day 1 throughout the entire process. Eventually she found us the perfect home! We will definitely use her again with any future purchases. Thanks again LaTonyia!!
