Nancy Taylor and her team are fantastic. I live in Indiana so the entire sale was handled remotely. Nancy knows her real estate market and the asking price of the home was right on target. I was always kept advised of everything involving every aspect of the sale: needed repairs, contracts, counter offers, etc. etc. She was in constant contact with me either by text, e-mail or phone. She and her team handled any problems smoothly and efficiently. I never had to worry This was my 9th home sale so I can safely say I have worked with a few realtors in the past. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Nancy handle another sale for me. I would recommend her to anyone needing a “Top Notch” professional agent for either selling or buying a home or other property.

Working with our realtor was an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, and always made us feel that our best interests came first. Bruce and I ran across Bart on a rental property and told him about our short sale on our house. He came looked and he took it under his wings and through a very hard ordeal because of mortgage company he fought tooth and nail on it. He never gave up even with all the frustration that came along. Bart is one in a million real estate agent. I would recommend him if you have a short sale or just looking to sale or even buy.
