My husband found Kevin online, as an experienced realtor on a rent-to-own program that we initially were going to use (ended up doing traditional financing in the end). When we reached out to him, Kevin provided his personal feedback on the program, and assisted us through all the steps even before establishing a buyer/realtor relationship with him. Although we have several friends who are in real estate, when it came down to doing some serious home shopping, we couldn't part ways with Kevin. He was always professional yet personable, organized to a T, and he was always so easy to get a hold of, and quick to get back to us with any questions we had. He was always prepared and one step ahead throughout the whole process of finding us our dream home, and even though we had a few hurdles along the way (not on our part, or his) he constantly reassured us and stayed on top of things. Hands-down, Kevin has been the best agent we've ever worked with, and we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
