Kevin Johnson

Kevin cleared his schedule for our Michigan arrival to find a Florida home. He took us to several homes and was patient while we looked. Many follow-up calls as well. Great agent!!!

We came in for a long weekend from Michigan and had to find a Florida home quickly. Kevin cleared his schedule and helped us out. He was waiting for us when we arrived and took us to several homes. He was an awesome agent!!

My husband found Kevin online, as an experienced realtor on a rent-to-own program that we initially were going to use (ended up doing traditional financing in the end). When we reached out to him, Kevin provided his personal feedback on the program, and assisted us through all the steps even before establishing a buyer/realtor relationship with him. Although we have several friends who are in real estate, when it came down to doing some serious home shopping, we couldn't part ways with Kevin. He was always professional yet personable, organized to a T, and he was always so easy to get a hold of, and quick to get back to us with any questions we had. He was always prepared and one step ahead throughout the whole process of finding us our dream home, and even though we had a few hurdles along the way (not on our part, or his) he constantly reassured us and stayed on top of things. Hands-down, Kevin has been the best agent we've ever worked with, and we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Best agent I've ever worked with! Kevin is very responsive and always available to answer any questions I had. He was able to walk me through the process from start to finish and even checked in on me after the closing. He is highly recommended!!
