As a first time home buyer I greatly appreciated Mary Ellen's expertise, she guided me through every step of the process and made sure I understood what was going on. She is extremely communicative and answers messages/calls at nearly all hours of the day. As we were looking at houses she was very honest and forthcoming in her opinion and showed us what to look out for. When it came time to purchase, she worked with me to figure out purchase terms that I would be comfortable with and at no point did I ever feel any pressure to rush into a contract. I am loving the new house and greatly appreciated all the help she gave us!

Dawn worked very diligently and sold our house quickly. She kept us fully informed every step of the process. She was always ready to help and answer any questions we had. We felt that she truly cared about us and the sale of our house. We have worked with several realtors in Louisiana, Virginia and Florida and Dawn is by far the best. This was our second time working with her and she is the only one we will contact if we need a realtor in the future.
