Erica was always available to answer our questions, she was very clear from the very beginning, looking in any way possible she could help us in a very sad process that was the letting go of our apartment. She was understanding and compassionate every time. She was even out of the State for a family event and kept in contact with us during all the time she was not in town. She was an amazing realtor, we will use her expertise again and we recommend her to our family and friends, knowing she will provide an outstanding service.

Dawn first “cold called” when we were still in AZ. I let her know we would be in FL the beginning of December and I would contact her then. There was just something about her that made me want to do business with her. She was not pushy but an excellent listener. Most of all, she ended with her appreciation of me taking the time to speak with her and she would look forward to hearing from me when we got to FL. The sincerity in her voice made me gravitate to her. She was one of many realtors who contacted us for the listing of our property in FL. She was always on time, always looking for our best interest, did not hesitate to spend her own money when needed, ie professional photographs, seemed very comfortable, and she especially wanted to know the specifics of the property and HOA.
