Kelli was simply the best! She was excellent with communication, knowledge, and a veteran of Real Estate! Her abilities to obtain a buyer, work on the deal, and get it to closing were remarkable! I have recommended Kelli to my brother to assist with the sale of his property in Florida. I can’t say enough of how wonderful Kelli is as my Real Estate Agent! My property was only $45,000, but she treated me like a million dollars! Thank you Kelli! You Rock! V/R Tom Peraro

Patricia Lorenzo and her team are the best people I have worked with when searching for places to rent, rent my own property, sell my property, and buy a home. If there's anything that you need, she's the one to call. If she does not know the answer to something, she will find it. 85 & Sunny Real Estate will go above and beyond to find exactly what you need, in the timeframe you have, without making you feel rushed into buying a place just to have something to close on. They will make sure that it's not just a house to move into, but a place that feels like 'the one,' a home...your home.

Working with PJ McLaughlin and the Platinum Group has been a game changer for me and my home building company True Florida Homes LLC. PJ's amazing personality, understanding of new home construction and his outside of the box thinking is just what I needed from a local real estate agent. His understanding of the local market is a major benefit. His online presence is very strong and it's how I found him to begin with. I couldn't be happier with the level of service that PJ and his team have given to me. I look forward to many more home sales with them.

Sharon showed professionalism and kindness at the same time. I loved working with her.
