After researching property managers in Palm Bay I hired Patricia to manage my property from 2014-2022 . Patricia and Kim were very professional. They found responsable renters for my property. Patricia is the best real estate agent that we’ve ever had by far. The personal attention was excellent. Any questions we had were promptly answered . I am seventy five years old, and have purchased many homes over the years, so I know what I am talking about.

I've never had a more surprise free real estate transaction. All from 900 miles away. Patricia drove from neighborhood to neighbood showing homes on the phone with great effectiveness and patience. She is ahead of every detail and moves without delay on any obstacle or question. She gave information and set expectations at every step and called from the house the morning after settlement to remove the lockbox and check that all was in order. When I moved a few weeks later, Patricia had the lawn cut and beds weeded so it looked great when I arrived. I can go on-and-on. I bought an average priced home for the area at a busy time for realtors. I never had a question about the urgency and attention of the 85 and Sunny team. (Given that, I definitely feel guilty that it took me 3 weeks to write this review). 85 and Sunny is top notch. Thank you Patricia and Kim.

I've been trying to come up with the words to truly describe how wonderful Patricia is as a person and realtor. Patricia made finding a home an enjoyable process. She knew what to look for in a home and what questions to ask. The technical terminology that can be intimidating as well as overwhelming in a tedious process such as purchasing a home, was put at ease by Patricia's capability of communicating the verbage in layman's terms to the interested party, myself, a first home buyer. Despite the strict budget and small timeframe, Patricia did not give up on this difficult market. Patricia treats everyone like family by making sure that it's not only within budget, but by also joining in the buyers excitement of being handed over the keys (once ones signature has reached perfection, of course). Aside from finding a comfortable and safe place to live in, Patricia finds one that truly feels like home. A place that is both working towards a future financial investment, but most importantly, investing in the creation of priceless memories.
