If you are looking for a Realtor, Jason Akman is for you. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He is currently helping me find a home and has always returned my calls very quickly. I would strongly recommend Jason to anyone buying or selling real estate, you won't be disappointed.

I purchased a short sale property with Michael as my agent. True to the short sale nature, it was a very difficult, drawn-out process. But Michael and his staff stayed on the listing agent and the bank. The bank sat forever on the short sale, but when they finally released it, they gave us only 2 weeks to close. Michael and his group were instrumental with working with my lender to push this loan through in what can only be described as record time. I cannot thank Michael enough for his hard work and quick replies....at all hours of the day and evening. I would highly recommend this group for any real estate needs!

I want to give many thanks to Steve Steiner with Grand Star Realty of Brevard, LLC for informing me about the $15,000.00 down payment assistance program for first time homebuyers. I originally did not believe that there was actually a program like this. But it is real! I also want to thank Leann Salters Schneider for posting information about the program on facebook, without her recommendation I would have never believed this program existed. If anyone is interested in learning more about this program, please give Steve a call.
