I want to give many thanks to Steve Steiner with Grand Star Realty of Brevard, LLC for informing me about the $15,000.00 down payment assistance program for first time homebuyers. I originally did not believe that there was actually a program like this. But it is real! I also want to thank Leann Salters Schneider for posting information about the program on facebook, without her recommendation I would have never believed this program existed. If anyone is interested in learning more about this program, please give Steve a call.

Barbara was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Most of our work with her was done on Zoom or over the phone, and seemed almost effortless. She had the answers we needed, when any issues or problems arose. (And I must say there were very few problems) We were very happy with all of the professionals that she recommended to us. They were as good as she was. The closing was very well coordinated. Everything went very smoothly and was done before we knew it. We would be very quick to recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

Super helpful and it was great that she spoke both English and Spanish. Very patient and knowledgeable.

My real estate agent(Saida Ali) , she's very helpful, high customer service and high recommended

I have used David's services a number of times, and he is very professional, has an encyclopedic knowledge of the local market and can help you sell or buy real estate. Just be sure to let him know what your objectives are, price or speed so he can price accordingly.
