Joan Manganaro and Cheyenne Watson are the best realtors I have ever worked with. They go the second and third mile. When we bought our first condo in River Cove Landing we were supposed to be meeting another realtor from Zillow. He never showed. Joan came and showed us the unit which we purchased. She has now shown us a second condo that we loved and purchased and she is listing our other condo and one we have in the Islands that is being renovated after the flood. She assists with moving, repairs and even did a walkthrough with my wife at the condo being renovated. I will never use another realtor group.

We are so glad we chose Marilin to help us with our search. She knows the area very well, and, once we gave her our requirements, she immediately went to work to find us prospective homes. We appreciate that she always availed herself for a showing, many times spending most of her day with us as we checked out several houses. I can’t remember how many homes we saw in total (both virtually while still out-of-state and once in Orlando), but she found the one for us! We knew we were not her only clients, but she never missed a beat with us. We bought a for sale by owner house, so we dealt directly with the homeowners. Marilin was always there to mediate between us — during the initial (and second) viewing, the inspection, the follow-up repairs, and the virtual signing of the closing documents. Not much impresses me, but the way that Peter handled a very complex and very delicate situation between myself and my ex husband was nothing short of a miracle. For those of you that have ever had to do business with your former spouse after a nasty divorce, this probably resonates. Peter managed to play both sides fairly and effectively. We had less than a month over the Christmas holiday to pull of a small miracle for the sale and well, Peter must be an angel because not only did we do it, he got me more money than I thought I was going to get and we closed ahead of schedule!
