Waddy is a very knowledgeable professional with many years of experience and expertise in the field of real estate. She is always my first call when I need input or guidance regarding a property I wish to buy or sale. Waddy has always worked with me and I always feel I’m an important part of a process that has my best interest at the forefront of the transaction. Over the past twenty-two years she has remained a valuable trusted personal asset. Her’s is the first name I recommend to others when they are struggling with the question of who to call for sound professional answers.

In 2011 I was living in NYC, working full time while also attending college full time at night. As if life wasn't complicated enough, I was also in the process of looking for a home to buy in Florida. The lease on my apartment was about to expire, both my wife and I had handed in letters of resignation to our employers and our kids were not registered for the following school year in NYC. We were desperate to find the right Florida home. This is when we first met Arles Hernandez. Knowing our time was limited and our deadline was drawing close, Arles worked feverishly to narrow our search and optimize the homes we would be able to see during the weekend trips we would make down to look at homes. Arles, knowing our situation, would meet us early and work until late into the evenings. Once back in New York, we would receive updated lists, from Arles, of homes that better matched our criteria and it wasn't long before it seemed as though Arles knew exactly what we were looking for. In July of 2011, we finally found a home that we loved and in spite of the fact that we were a thousand miles away, with Arles help, the transaction moved quickly and seamlessly. I can honestly say that Arles went above and beyond in order to make sure that our experience was a good one. I couldn't have asked for more, and he comes with the highest recommendation.

He has extensive knowledge of the real estate market, very good communication and very professional. If in doubt, an excellent ally, both he and his work team. Very grateful to work with him.

Heliana is an outstanding realtor and knows the market, knows the pricing but most importantly gets to know her clients, their needs and dreams. She listens and is literally available 24/7 to help with any questions or concerns. Though I know Heliana professionally I have come to count her amongst my dearest friends. She guides you through the buying process and it doesn't end at the sale. She remains the genuine person she is: helpful and on numerous occasions helped me to find painters, handyman, recommends local things going on etc. There are many realtors available in southern Florida. I realize I am one voice in the wilderness but I would have to say if you are a buyer or seller Heliana is THE realtor to seek out. I feel fortunate to know her and can not give enough acolades as she guided me from Europe (Germany) to my retirement home in Deerfield Beach. Thank-you Heliana!
