Randy met with us and suggested a listing price that we all agreed upon. Then, once we got the home empty and clean, he showed up with a photographer that did an amazing job capturing the best features of mom's place. When the listing went live, the interest from buyers was intense due to Randy listing it as a "Coming Soon" listing that only agents could see...and they would be prepared to bring clients when the listing went live. In the end, within two days, WE HAD AN OFFER FOR $26,000.00 OVER ASKING PRICE. If I had to do it again, I would be calling Randy.
