Martha was a consummate professional from start to finish, she came in at our initial meeting and had very detailed market information from the neighboring comparable listings, and took the time to walk through our property to gave us fair and frank feedback on where she thought the pricing should be which allowed us to make informed decisions. For the listing she brought in a professional photographer who captured the property in the way it deserved, and she continuously communicated with my wife and I as to how the market was developing around us up to the point of listing and after as we had offers coming in. After we were under contract she communicated constantly with the buyer's realtor and us, we knew where we stood in the buyer's financing and inspection process, and it went smoothly up to the end. My wife and I felt comfortable throughout the whole time that we had someone looking out for our best interest but also being transparent and fair to all parties so we could get to closure as efficiently as possible.
