This is my second real estate purchase with Dragana, and honestly, that should tell you everything you need to know. Buying a house is exciting… almost too exciting. Since I could only look at homes on the weekends, she dedicated entire Saturdays to my search, from dawn until dusk. We regularly toured 15+ homes in a single day, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was taking too much of her time. She was always patient, responsive, and available whenever I needed her. She wasn’t focused on making a sale. She was focused on making sure I bought the right home, and that’s exactly why I trusted her enough to work with her again. My daughter needed to find a home quickly and I had to initially purchase home. Kasey knew time was of the essence and based upon talking to my daughter. convinced her to look at a place my daughter did not want to see after seeing places available that did not meet my daughter's needs. Not only did the final place impress my daughter, but we were also able to get the place at a reasonable price and closed in record time as far as I am concerned. I didn’t really know what to expect getting into this process, but Tara prepped me and got me to the finish line just like she said she would! She was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I’m an over thinker so, I like to be over informed. Got property listed quickly including pics, very knowledgeable about the condo complex, very responsive giving feedback from realtors showing property and all other aspects of the sale. I was in the middle of a move during this process and Renee helped keep the stress level from being overwhelming by taking care of all the details efficiently.
