We started the the process of selling our home in early 2025 in Riverview, FL. It had been over 19 years since we entered this arena of selling and buying a home. The added circumstances of relocating out of state played a significant part in the process. Bridget stepped in and guided us step-by-step from cradle to grave. When the time came for inspections, she was there. She did her own final walks to make sure everything was still in working order and met the buyer’s expectations. Bridget was the expert with our negotiations, and we had a straightforward path to closing. No bumps in the road, no unwarranted stress due to her outstanding communication. Jessica from day one was a Fantastic agent to work with! She first started working with us from a distance( 1000 miles away ) by video walking thru a number of houses with us. We then developed a plan and route of houses we were interested in seeing for our visit. Her knowledge of the area, and market, in both older and newer houses as well as properties and builder was top notch. We were back and forth on buying a home or build on a property and ended up purchasing a home and Jessica was with us every step of the way, answering questions, running down recommendation and being a true professional all the way!
