I couldn’t have asked for a more patient, kind, knowledgeable, caring agent! Sandra was always accommodating to our needs. She always made herself available to see a house within hours of a phone call. She made sure she was with us during all of the requirements while under contract, she would reach out to our lender to make sure we could step up offers, she went as far as calling the city to inquire about the previous owner’s unpaid water bill. The best part was having her by our side on closing day! I don’t consider Sandra just an agent, she is a friend!

Emilie Parker is the kind of buyer’s agent you wish you could clone and send to every state. As someone in the real estate business myself (in another state), I can confidently say she and her Transaction Coordinator, Joe Blasko, are absolute top-tier. Emilie went above and beyond every step of the way and then somehow went even further at closing with the sweetest (and most delicious) gifts: sausage from her home-raised pigs, fresh eggs from her chickens, and gardening goodies. Honestly, I came for a house and left with a mini farm starter kit… my kids are still asking when the chickens are moving in. Professional, thoughtful, and just an all-around joy to work with.
