We had two separate realtors before working with Garrett (Kenneth). They were all gung-ho to help us, they would send us a bunch of listings, and then never follow up with anything. So weird and frustrating. Then we decided to try again and found Garrett. He immediately gathered info about the properties we were interested in and answered all our questions in a couple days, not weeks.
