This was super helpful to us because we had some extenuating circumstances: trying to buy a house contingent on selling our existing home. And the house we were selling had some challenges. We did not think that was possible given we had so much to do. With her guiding us, and her expert pricing of our home, we had an offer within a week. We were then able to make an offer on the home we wanted. Bottom line: we closed on both homes and realized our dream of downsizing while also getting a home with a little bit of land.
