The home was listed fast and sold at a competitive price in a rapidly changing market. Charles kept me informed every step of the way and responded with reassurance to all of my texts and calls. He kept a watchful eye on the home when I physically couldn’t be there so I could focus on caring for my mother. The closing happened electronically. Best of all, Charles handled a couple last loose ends on my part to avoid any travel for me. Overall, he is a fantastic negotiator and caring professional. I recommend him highly.

Nuestra venta fue un short sale, un proceso nada fácil, pero Karla hizo hasta lo imposible para lograrlo. Su entrega fue increíble: se comunicaba con el banco varias veces al día, todos los días, para dar seguimiento al caso y siempre nos mantenía al tanto de cada movimiento. Karla y su esposo nos ayudaron enormemente a mantener la propiedad al día; incluso su esposo nos ayudó recortando la grama. I would DEFINITELY recommend Jason to anyone looking to sell or purchase! For me, he has the character to deal with the different personalities of my husband and I. He is efficient, effective, proactive, diligent with time sensitive issues and extremely knowledgeable even in areas that should be outside of his scope of work! He is all these things while being engaging, understanding and even as emotionally invested as I was into my home. It is as if he is working not only for me but WITH me which goes a long way. In my case, I did a home purchase which is in of itself an emotional rollercoaster! Jason was very involved in the entire process from start to finish. He was attentive to all my wants needs and goals and really found me the perfect home! He made me feel more at ease and pretty much held my hand through the entire process (which if you are like me and this is your first home, you might be somewhat clueless to all that goes into it). He was readily available to address any concerns, guide me throughout and he did put my interests above all else! I really could not ask for a better agent and I WILL be recruiting him for all my future "property" related transactions!
