Samantha used to live in our neighborhood and after she moved she continued to stay connected. One day while we were outside doing yard work Samantha stopped by and introduced herself and talked with us and gave us her business card. Over the next few years we would see her from time to time in the neighborhood passing out various holiday "goodies" and even spear-heading a community garage sale. I would DEFINITELY recommend Jason to anyone looking to sell or purchase! For me, he has the character to deal with the different personalities of my husband and I. He is efficient, effective, proactive, diligent with time sensitive issues and extremely knowledgeable even in areas that should be outside of his scope of work!
