Great character, honest, caring, and always upbeat. She communicated regularly with us and prospective buyers. She knew what selling points to emphasize with buyers. She worked hard to get home luxury listing, and showed up for showings. Debbie worked right alongside us and was honest about what update we could make without too much cost. We got constant market coverage and plenty of notice before showings. We felt she was constantly working and looking out for us. Working with other realtors came easy to her and was a benefit to us. Checking out all prospective buyers was protocol to assure people were qualified to purchase our home. Checking all prospective contracts for glitches or issues was of great service to us making us confident in all legal details. Everything was explained well and all questions answered. Her professionalism and communication skills are outstanding always returning calls in a timely manner caring about her clients. She is confident, considerate, and a dream to work with.

We had the normal getting things ready plus unfinished contractors work on our home. Perrine did not operate from the office. She came by the house to see how things were going, offered help with the staging, and rolled her sleeves up and helped with some of the last minute things that always happen! She was always available, and had a steady, calming attitude through the whole process. She and her husband worked as a team with the same attitude and work ethic. They were fantastic!

I say this because Alex sold my Moms house when we very upset about my Fathers passing. The house needed lots of work & got it sold when the market was on the down swing. He was very compassionate & got it done when we needed it the most! Thanks again to Alex!
