She maintained contact with us often and kept us up-to-date on the process. She answered all the questions we had--even with small matters (assisting us to find a paint contractor, for example). She made the whole process simple for us and made herself available in a very professional way.

John not only encouraged me to list higher given the market but also produced a comprehesive report where we could find a sweet spot for the list price versus time on market. In the end, we even had a multiple bid situation where both had escalation clauses and sold well above ask. I'm very glad I listened to John's advice and guidance.
