Once I changed realtors she provided positive feedback on the new listing/realtor, sure enough it sold in a week. - Even though I was a pain and couldn't make up my mind, she was never negative about how many houses we looked at, she would always say "It's my job, to help you find the house you want. " - While looking at mortgage brokers, I was comparing the one the recommend with others and during the process she just said "Take a look and compare. You need to use whomever is best for you" Where I have had others wanting you to choose theirs... I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell and when I am ready to move again, if I am ever wanting to put myself through that pain, I will surely be calling them.
