Fantastic in every way

Kim knows Clermont real estate like the back of her hand. Her level of service was unmatched. We had a house that needed a lot of work, and she coordinated everything that needed to be done with contractor after contractor. When it finally went on the market she handled the pricing and marketing perfectly. I would recommend Kim as your first choice for selling (or buying) real estate in the Clermont/Winter Garden area.

She is a very experienced realtor and knows the market for this area.
