In July 2026 I entrusted LeAnne Endres with the task of selling my Palmetto, FL home. It is now 3 weeks into September and we've successfully closed on the sale. In less than 3 months LeAnne did a fantastic job marketing the home. She held several open houses, represented us in the sale of some furniture to the buyers, advised me on a few minor negotiable issues, recruited help for me to remove a large TV from the living room wall, and overall did everything you would want your agent to do for you. On top of all the necessary work, I could always count on LeAnne to answer my calls and emails within a very short period of time. She was always courteous, professional and personal with her responses. Without hesitation I can give LeAnne a 5 Star review, and I'm very appreciative of the job she did representing me in the sale.

This property was for some reason extremely hard to sell, but he won't give up and used different tactics and advertising in a local groups and literally answered more than 2600 chats with questions about that property - and did find a buyer. Most hard- working, knowledgeable, patient, goal- oriented and nice agent I ever met!

Terri has helped us with purchasing homes in the past, so of course she was the first person who came to mind when we decided to sell our home and purchase a new one.
