No other realtor has the heart that Carlos does. He has the uncanny ability to stay professional and calm when everyone else is losing their minds when things get hairy. He literally carried everyone, including our buyers and their lackluster agent, VA, title, inspectors, all the way through closing. He was determined to not let anything fall through the cracks; and when someone else did let that happen and it wasn’t even his job or responsibility, he picked up the pieces for everyone to get the job done.
