I first met Chris in 2017 when he was going door to door in my neighborhood. He impressed me so much that I saved his number and called him in 2022 to list my house. Cris is a dedicated extremely organized professional. He kept us informed every step along the way. He always gave us the facts and let us make the decisions. Lisa truly went above and beyond for my family in finding the house of our dreams!! She spoke up for us and was our voice! She acted quickly when we were on the hunt and she was so on top of her follow ups were needed with the sellers! John not only encouraged me to list higher given the market but also produced a comprehesive report where we could find a sweet spot for the list price versus time on market. In the end, we even had a multiple bid situation where both had escalation clauses and sold well above ask. I'm very glad I listened to John's advice and guidance.
