I I would just like to thank Stephanie Doucette for her unparalleled dedication and thinking outside the box approach to selling my two Central Florida homes. If anyone, including my friends, want a realtor that goes above and beyond, Stephanie @ Bowerbird Realty, should be your first and last call! I definitely highly, highly, highly recommend her. She is so skilled at walking sellers and buyers through the nerves, questions and dealing with issues that can arise through the process. If my friends don’t take my advice, they will no longer be my friends!

She was available at all times of the day, whether by phone or email, and always made us feel like we were her top priority. Throughout the entire process, she showed incredible patience as we toured countless homes, never once pressuring us and always ensuring we felt confident in our decisions. As first-time homebuyers, that meant everything to us. We changed our minds a few times—especially when it came to location—but she was consistently supportive, meeting us wherever needed, driving us to different properties, and carefully taking note of everything we liked and didn’t like. Her attention to detail and dedication truly stood out. She made us feel like family every step of the way and always had our best interests at heart. She also handled all communication with the builder, which was invaluable to us. Her expertise helped us secure the best possible price, and she even managed to get money back for us at closing—something we never expected. We couldn’t be more grateful for her guidance and support.

We just completed a major project with Stephanie providing strategy, guidance and support for nearly two years. We purchased some land...Stephanie was there for us. We needed some demolition and site improvements done...Stephanie hooked us up with the right contractors. We wanted a custom builder...Stephanie helped us assess multiple and make our final decision. We built a home...Stephanie was involved with all the details. We listed the home....Stephanie staged it, put on Open Houses and attracted a large number of clients leveraging her network. We sold the home...you guessed it - Stephanie got the job done!

Our real estate agent went above and beyond throughout the entire home buying process. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She always had our best interests in mind and helped us navigate every step with confidence. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Mary was always working hard to help us find our dream home and we did it thanks to her unwavering support and knowledge.
