Firstly, when I viewed the home it was already under contract (with another buyer), but she encouraged us to view the property anyways incase the current contract fell through. Well I'm so glad we did, because once the house was re-listed, not only were we already prepared to make an offer, but she was also able to beat the competing offer on the house AND stay within my budget, all whilst I was out of town traveling.
