Reach out to Ivey and Kevin if you want a reliable partner when you buy/sell a house. I have worked with them at both ends of the transaction: Worked with Kevin in 2019 to buy and in 2025 with Ivey and Kevin to sell the same house in Orlando (while buying a place in a different state). They both were on top of every detail. More importantly they don't reach out to you till they have a solution to any issues that may arise - you need this admirable quality in a realtor rather than constantly pinging you. They managed our showing seamlessly (we were living in the place we were selling while waiting for our new one). They helped us in finding vendors for landscaping, junk removal, etc., and were at the property to supervise the vendors when we were unable to do so. I couldn't recommend them more.
