They both were on top of every detail. More importantly they don't reach out to you till they have a solution to any issues that may arise - you need this admirable quality in a realtor rather than constantly pinging you. They managed our showing seamlessly (we were living in the place we were selling while waiting for our new one). They helped us in finding vendors for landscaping, junk removal, etc., and were at the property to supervise the vendors when we were unable to do so. I couldn't recommend them more.
