Shelley successfully coordinated the preparation of my house so that it would secure a high sale price. She had contractors, from handymen to electricians, complete work that was needed. I was not able to assist in the selling process because of health reasons. Shelley organized my possessions and either arranged for them to be stored two hours away at a location near my sister's residence or sold them at auctions she organized. I would not have been able to complete the tasks needed to get the house on the market in such a comprehensive way without her tireless work. Elliot called me after showings to give me details of each visit. I was kept informed of market situations and home sales in the area. Elliot was very helpful in supplying contractors to me to Paint my home, to do repair work, at resonable prices! He was also available to help move some items out of my storage container. I would also add that he was very patient with me, answering the many questions I had, he had an open house and a brokers open at my request.
