I was not able to assist in the selling process because of health reasons. I would not have been able to complete the tasks needed to get the house on the market in such a comprehensive way without her tireless work. Elliot called me after showings to give me details of each visit. I was kept informed of market situations and home sales in the area. Elliot was very helpful in supplying contractors to me to Paint my home, to do repair work, at resonable prices! He was also available to help move some items out of my storage container. I would also add that he was very patient with me, answering the many questions I had, he had an open house and a brokers open at my request.
