Jessica from day one was a Fantastic agent to work with! She first started working with us from a distance( 1000 miles away ) by video walking thru a number of houses with us. We then developed a plan and route of houses we were interested in seeing for our visit. Her knowledge of the area, and market, in both older and newer houses as well as properties and builder was top notch. We were back and forth on buying a home or build on a property and ended up purchasing a home and Jessica was with us every step of the way, answering questions, running down recommendation and being a true professional all the way! Elliot called me after showings to give me details of each visit. I was kept informed of market situations and home sales in the area. Elliot was very helpful in supplying contractors to me to Paint my home, to do repair work, at resonable prices! He was also available to help move some items out of my storage container. I would also add that he was very patient with me, answering the many questions I had, he had an open house and a brokers open at my request. I was not able to assist in the selling process because of health reasons. Shelley organized my possessions and either arranged for them to be stored two hours away at a location near my sister's residence or sold them at auctions she organized. I would not have been able to complete the tasks needed to get the house on the market in such a comprehensive way without her tireless work.
