Jessica from day one was a Fantastic agent to work with! She first started working with us from a distance( 1000 miles away ) by video walking thru a number of houses with us. We then developed a plan and route of houses we were interested in seeing for our visit. Her knowledge of the area, and market, in both older and newer houses as well as properties and builder was top notch. Elliot called me after showings to give me details of each visit. I was kept informed of market situations and home sales in the area. Elliot was very helpful in supplying contractors to me to Paint my home, to do repair work, at resonable prices! He was also available to help move some items out of my storage container.
