If you want to post your house at a price she feels is too high, she'll tell you, and give your information towards posting it at a better price to sell it quickly. If you want to post your house at a price she feels is too low, she'll tell you a price to post it for what it's worth. However, she's never pushy about anything and will follow whatever guidelines you have. Once the house was ready to be photographed and posted, it happened so quickly! The pictures she had done were gorgeous, and really showed off the house to it's best. It was then online so quickly, and started getting saves and viewing requests fast. Monique worked with potential buyers to view the house at times that worked for me, and they all went amazing. Once the house was under contract, and had the inspection done, there were some things the buyer requested to have repaired. Monique had excellent recommendations for the repairs, and they were also done quickly. If I ever had questions, Monique was so responsive and knowledgeable about everything. If there was ever anything she felt she needed expertise on, she had a person to call. Selling this home and buying another contingent on the sale felt like an insurmountable nightmare at the beginning. But between Monique and the lender she recommended, it was a dream.
