I didn’t really know what to expect getting into this process, but Tara prepped me and got me to the finish line just like she said she would! She was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I’m an over thinker so, I like to be over informed. Luckily, She did not mind me reaching out with my many many questions. We had several speed bumps and were hit by a few curveballs along the way… totally unexpected things! Tara maintained turquoise and got us through gracefully.

I purchased a short sale property with Michael as my agent. True to the short sale nature, it was a very difficult, drawn-out process. But Michael and his staff stayed on the listing agent and the bank. The bank sat forever on the short sale, but when they finally released it, they gave us only 2 weeks to close. Michael and his group were instrumental with working with my lender to push this loan through in what can only be described as record time. I cannot thank Michael enough for his hard work and quick replies....at all hours of the day and evening. I would highly recommend this group for any real estate needs!

Holly is truly Amazing! I was referred to her from a home inspector after an issue filled report on a house I found on my own. I’m so happy I made the call. The home we ended up purchasing was one I hadn’t seen in person before making the decision. That’s how much trust I put in Holly! She walked it, felt it was the one for us, and made sure I had everything I needed to feel confident in signing. She earned that level of trust through her dedication and personable nature. She truly invested herself into helping us find the right home. I honestly can’t thank or recommend her highly enough. If I could have flown her to Philly to sell my house for me, I would have, because that’s how great my experience was. Holly made home buying exciting! The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable.
