Evelyn is the best realtor I've ever met. She gets involve in every step on my way looking for a house and suggested good options. She very professional and a great person.

This is the 3rd home that I have not only purchased with Julio but he has sold 2 others for me as well. Every experience was flawless and he was ALWAYS not only available for me, but extremely thorough in his explanations. Julio was always very informed on new changes that were occurring in the market and I trust him with every transaction in the future. I highly recommend Julio if you are looking for an aggressive, experienced, yet patient realtor. Customer service is 5 stars and overall experience is 5 stars as well. Thank you Julio for finding our dream home! You will always be our ONLY choice for our realtor needs.

I am about half way moved in to my new home and I could not be happier. I met Jasilyn at a home buyers seminar and knew that I wanted to work with her. Jasilyn is passionate about helping people find the perfect home that fits all of their needs. Jasilyn worked with me every step of the way, she was very responsive and flexible with her time. During the hunt, if a house wasn't it, she asked me why, and took those thoughts into the consideration on future searches. Jasilyn was amazing during viewings as well, she answered all my questions, pointed out items that could be issues, and positives in homes. Her research comparing properties was great and was always sent very quickly. When we finally found the perfect home, the fun really started, and Jasilyn became even more invaluable. She really was the glue that held my whole buying team together. She was on top of everything, from the mortgage lender to the inspector. She kept in contact, made sure we all stayed in track, and made sure I understood exactly what was going on and what to expect. On the day we closed, I walked in for the final walk through and found Jasilyn waiting with my first house warming gift and a huge hug. I'm going to stay in this home forever, which only makes me sad because I cannot use Jasilyn's services again. I will have to make do with just recommending her to everyone I know or meet.

Blaine was extremely patient and professional with us. He answered all of our questions, including those that required extra research and communication with third parties. He kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Blaine!
